A message dated July 13, 2009, was received stating the Governor                                                                
read the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and                                                             
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                                                               
filing:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19                                                                                             
      Recognizing the 20th anniversary of the Exxon Valdez oil spill                                                            
      and supporting the continued practice of accompanying each oil                                                            
      tanker through Prince William Sound with at least a two vessel
